Haven’t got it, but i think I might be able to get hold of it if you don’t get any joy today from anyone else.

There is a copy on a font disc on a bit torrent site I use. Might be able to get it from that if the torrent is still active. Cant check until I get home tonight as I cant do p2p on works machines! 🙁
