Paul,

Place bottom D underneath top D

Draw the shape needed for the overlapping section (drawn in yellow)

Trim that section to the top D

Put top D back in place

I just did it that way to cover both options

If it had been print I would have just drawn the overlapping section and coloured it accordingly….rather than trimming

when I asked Paul whether it was print or cut I hadn’t got it right in me head how easy it was to trim, if you know what I mean 🙂

It was just a one colour cut guys, the method worked fine but I used a contour too to give me the seperation.
