    Hi All.

We are expanding into a unit next door over the next few months which will double our production space. As well as installing a few more printers we are looking into producing more fabricated signs in house.

A reasonably common item which I have seen more off popping up all over the place is Aluminium composite folded trays as apposed to 2/3mm ali.

Has anyone experience in making these? I would assume you run the panel through a bench saw only cutting through the first layer of ali (.5-1mm or so) then fold over the edges, but how do you then join all the corners?

Any advise would be much appreciated!

    many thanks
    Nick
