  • Floor vinyls?

    Hi All,

Have been asked If I could do some floor graphics for someone, basically just text & lines, i.e. "please wait here" etc.

It is in a heavy traffic area & the floor is smooth vinyl I think.

I’m wondering if I could use scotchcal 50 series & then over laminate that with an over-sized rectangle of Floor vinyl laminate like 3M Lustre over laminate.

Has anyone tried this sort of thing?

    Thanks
    Regards
    Myles

    hi Myles,
we installed in the airport in Menorca, arrows and some please wait here for assistance, signs with vinyl and then the over laminate anti slip for floors, we were told with airport traffic they would only last 6 months and they are still going strong 18 months later! (bit disappointed really!) so i would think that should be fine!

    cheers

    Dan

Excellent Dan, Thanks for the reply, I knew somebody must have tried it out there.
Funnily enough, this is also for an airport.

    Thanks again
    Myles 😀
