Posted by Gordon Forbes on July 2, 2014 at 6:18 amIs it accepable when flood coating if the vinyl isn’t wide enough to use an overlap ie using 610mm on a 1000 mm panel?
Thanks for any help.Gordon Forbes replied 9 years, 10 months ago 4 Members · 5 Replies -

I guess that’s up to your client Gordon. if its a correx or cheap sign then may be acceptable otherwise I would use 1 piece.

I feel is shouldn’t be to be honest.
Been waiting for the vinyl over 1500 wide for 3 days may spray paint though i dont really want to
Thanks -
I don’t really think it is acceptable but then it depends on the job as Martin says, customer can easy be given the options & pricing & make a decision for themselves.
What does your supplier have to say about the vinyl your waiting for? Most are next day delivery unless they are out of stock & waiting for stock to arrive but if this is the case they should be able to tell you when it will be arriving. -
Got the vinyl they had put the wrong address on it missed a zero and even though the postcode was right, still too complicated for the delivery man.
