  • Fire engine rear shutters how to fit anyone?

Hi all this has come in for repair along with one complete side. Im pricing up at the moment and was going to ask how others would tackle fitting this shutter door? The slats are 34mm deep but it looks like a complete mare to fit. Anyone done this before would love to find the easy way out 😆

done a few shutters then cut the vintl after , it wasnt too good as the vinyl was too close to the edge, plus the other problem you have is that firemen like to wash their trucks so they are always powerwashing them , I know this as im a paramedic and we do the same , it has to be done at the end of every shift

Thanks all, i use bluelite already and was getting my reflexite from them for this job. I was going to order 2 rolls 34mm to do the shutters but have been back to them re kit. Its an old vehicle and they dont go back that far. looks like its just going to be a long labourious job. Better buy in more blades.
