Is it the “Semper Vigilo” one? If so, here it is. It’s a bit ropey, I was given it as a vector but was only reproducing it at a very small size so didn’t bother tidying.

You should be able to vectorise these and put them together to make what you want. The colour image is the old “Strathclyde Fire Brigade” logo which has now been slightly updated (as shown in the black and white image) but still includes the old one.
