  • File in MAC format

I have been given these two files to have printed off on to vinyl, they were supplied by the SRU and thier officail photographer. He works in MAc and I work in PC so I asked for files that would be useable to me. He has supplied these two files but I cannot open them.

Any ideas? How can I convert them?

I thought that they were just documents and not files too. Many thanks for the help.

It looks as though they are supposed to be .bmp files.

I’ll have a play with them.

Sorry. I can’t do anything with them.

Heriot’s 1 and Heriot’s 2 both purport to be Windows bitmap files, which is not normally a problem. I suspect that the trouble is that they are both Base64 encoded.

Any chance of getting them to send you the files unencoded?
Or even their Mac files and then I should be able to convert them for you.

    Best of luck.
