Fellow Sign company has pinched image of our work
Hello all,
I’m pretty peeved tonight. Just searching google images as you do on a Sunday, and found one of our pics has been used and edited to look as if this company have produced the work. Their logo has been added to the image. They havent even altered the background. Its clearly the outside of our premises.
Anyone else had this happen to them?
I feel so angry about this and we will pursue this with vigour.

Mr David is you man. Am sure he will be along shortly but should be threads about it. Maybe under copyright.

Yes had this happen to me, took the chap to court, and was awarded a judgment for £1651.40p. Yet to be paid as the HCEO’s aren’t all they’re cracked up to be.
It’s possible, but weight up whether you’d actually get anything from them… the threat is usually sufficient though.
