    Nice one Shane.

You got any vacancies over there, I would love to come and work for you, I am sure it would be a laugh all day.

    Cheers

    😛

Trouble is dave, sometimes you just don’t get enough work done 😕 Got to my first client this morning for a quick 30 minute job measuring up a bus for a contract I’m about to start, and my client starts telling me all these jokes. I was there for 2 hours! Had to beg him to stop.

Went to my next call, running late, and my client there started telling me some funnies too. Had to keep telling him to go away so I could get some work done. Problem is, when my dad is with me, my clients get my father aside and start telling him the funnys, so I have to get off the ladder and listen too (don’t want to be rude after all). Plus I am a great believer that to laugh up a ladder is just plain dangerous. 😛

Anyway, the 2nd client left me alone for the rest of the job, but when I got back to the office, he sent me 15 funnys on the email.

Needless to say, I was late getting home, and my tea was cold!

It is fair to say I have a reputation for enjoying a laugh (as long as they are clean mind you) so most clients know they’ll have a hearing ear when I arrive.

Rarely a day goes by at work that we are not chuckling about something. I battle a bit of depression at times, so laughter each day tends to stop one from taking life too seriously 😛
