Did this one today, we are trying to do more shaped signs at the moment as we are fed up with squares and rectangles !!!

thanks guys, Phill its 10mm foamex, I hate 5mm as its to flimsy. Cut with jigsaw and sanded. Vinyl graphics all overlaid.
We thought about cutting the dog out seperatly to make him more 3D but the customer didnt want to spend to much money.
