Here’s the sign for another business I started recently with a couple of mates.
By the way….before you lot start……it’s the angle of the photo that makes this look p**sed – I can assure the sign is perfectly level.
Anyway, all you need to do is measure the corrugated sheeting and kern your lettering to suit……easy peasy!
Oh, the sign was cut with a jigsaw from 10mm foamex – all scrap material. 😆
    Cheers
    Joe

Nice one Joe 😀 Those letters look great! How did you finish the edges once you’d jigsaw’d them? And (oh my oh my I’m cheeky) what type of paint did you use on those?

    Cheers, Dewi

no dewi – noy cheeky to ask questions mate.
No paint…all oracal 751 vinyl and as foamex is a closed cell structure, you don’t need to paint the edges either.
just finished the edges with a rub of the belt sander where needed.
    cheers

I’ll order some 10mm and take a pop at doing those then 😀 Thank you for the details on that Joe, much appreciated 🙂

Joe, what adhesive do you use to stick plastic locators to foamex? (I’m assuming that they are plastic locators)

I think it was acrifix from amari plastics – about 16 quid for s big silver metal bottle – seems to work really well on all types of plastics we use.
    Cheers
