I take it these have a perspex insert and backlit?
What are those made from Ali? They look like stainless…did you form the return for the dot in the “i” by hand or?

hi Robert the letters made from 0.9mm stainless steel with a 5mm darvic backtray and opal 050 faces all the letters in this job where hand cut on a bandsaw and fabricated by hand including the dot (have the scars to prove it) i,ll post some other examples later cheers mate.

I can imagine a lot of time was put into them then. They look terrific. I immediately assumed they were cut on a CNC machine.
If I may pry… How many hours went into those?

hi jom (hope thats right) the whole sign read “celtic” and took about 9 hours to complete i try and give myself about an hour per letter and any other time is used in the assembly glad you enjoyed.

i agree that the colour of green it is, doesnt do the letter any favours mate..
but at the end of the day the customer gets what they wanted.. a top notch sign! 😉 -
