Hi if it is the exact size of the board you may struggle to keep it perfectly aligned. If you can afford a few mm run off and trim up after it will be no problem.
I’ve done a 4m x 1.1m but I had a overlap to let me trim it. Secret is to put the substrate thru the centre, not to one side of the rollers. Its more likely to ‘go off’ if it is not in the centre of the machine, especially if you have the deluxe version.
I can afford to have an overlap bleed. Not a problem I just wanted to know if I was going to be pushing it. I can have to people help hold the dibond up so there isn’t much pressure on the taper.
