George you should have got a pic sheet with the rollers, what i can make out is remove one metal panel, find center of lower roller. Place mini rollers under lower roller at the cemtre point & adjust the lower nuts to get the correct height & pressure then lock off upper nuts on to the bottom. Hope that makes sense, from what i cam work out its to stop the lower roller deflecting when you put smaller boards through the center of the machine. It would have been nice to have got an explanation sheet with them

This sounds like a new add-on to me. Have you just bought your Ezytaper ? I do not appear to have the possibility of such an adjustment. The only extra rollers are two rubbber rings which I also have no instructions for.
    A photo would be good.
Still learning to use my machine and beginning to appreciate it more after getting the recent DVD tutorial.

the new piece fits in between the baseplate of the machine and the bottom roller…remove one of the folded cover panels to insert it 😉

got ours yesterday and graham fittted it right away…
    big improvement

will post pics in the morning if no one else gets one up in the meantime..

We got our add on thingy last week.

Easy to fit and seems an improvement. Up till now I thought that the problems we were having were all "operator error".

Is anyone else suffering from "false promises" as we are? Part of the UKSB deal is a free vinyl rack, which has never arrived.

We also queried the fact that the stand does not have wheels. If they’d said "we don’t do wheels" then I’d have gone out and bought some but Peter immediately said he’d send some and then Warrick said "forget wheels, I’ll send you the latest version of the stand". Despite asking often, nothing has arrived. I’m a bit pissed off now.

John, I recognise the promises about this new adjustment thingy and also the wheels. I still have to manhandle mine around the floor without the promised wheels and the new stand that had also been promised.

    Hi Shane,
it is 2 small rollers which go under the bottom of the bottom roller to push it up in the middle. I think it is only on the wide machines though.

A few empty promises here too! but do not want to get into that on here …Yet..

    Cheers

I’ve been avoiding saying anything about the broken promises on these boards since June. I even e-mailed Warrick in Australia to complain but got no response.

But it’s gone on too long. If they’d said that they wouldn’t provide wheels I’d have sorted it myself but instead I’ve been led to believe they would arrive by the week. And the vinyl rack is due as part of the contract.

i understand now i take it you have to drill the holes etc in the base yourself and align yourself 😕 seems to me they only need to take another stride in customer service to have the finished article
