  • export/import issues with text

When i export a file with text, close down and then import that file to work on or print, all the text has been messed up.

Smoothness of the curves etc have gone and its become very ‘nodey’ and jagged!

Any clues anyone? Probably something simple?

    cheers

If you import as straight eps, then you may have this problem.

If you import as prn, ps, eps selection it should be better

yes,, the corelx3 export filters are not as good as they used to be in 11… had similar issues with Copy/paste – DXF and AI formats. Say you have very small text and exported, then imported and becomes all wobbly.

Dave I’m not seeing problems with eps this end, have you an example you can send me?

I use an older version of Corel and usually I just convert text to curves to cure this, doesn’t help if you need to edit afterwards though.
