Europoint Glasgow – hero’s
Hi everyone,
Today we had a last minute order for an important customer at 13:00 and obviously most places were closed for us to grab materials from but Cameron at europoint absolutely pulled it out the bag for us and held back long enough for us to get to their branch and collect our stuff.
I know we can all moan sometimes about suppliers but today the service was top notch and even more so as we only started using them about 3 weeks ago so haven’t produced any real orders for them but that’ll change in the new year.
If your not already using them, give em a shout. It’s well worth while.

Great to hear Cameron and co. got you sorted at such short notice David. Ive been buying from him 16 years now, always does his best to make sure you get what you are after.

Thanks for taking the time to post David, people are always quick to complain when suppliers get it wrong & unfortunately not so quick to praise them when they go out of their way to help (me included) 😆 😆
I have been dealing with the staff at Europoint Glasgow for quite a few years,(different Company names but same people) they don’t always get it right but go out of their way to set things right if they do make a mistake.
A while ago I ordered 2 sheets of white composite when it arrived it was actually black I received. Turned out that during the move to a new depot some sheets had got mixed up.
There wasn’t a van & driver available to redeliver so David offered to have the sheets cut to the size I required & then deliver them to me in his own car. 😆 😆As it happened I was able to borrow 2 sheets from another local Signmaker to get the job done & save David the hassle of making the delivery but the offer was there & I could have taken it. Europoint just delivered my 2 replacement white sheets to the other Company a couple of days latter to replace what I had borrowed.
