European Supplier Help Needed!
I have just about had enough!!
Ive made 4 orders over 100 pounds each with a certain supplier all four have had something wrong with them.
1st: i ordered a load of sheets of flex (about 40 sheets) to be able to give examples of colours. They looked like they had been cut by a chimp and were not the correct size.
2nd: Ordered about 5m of magnetic. 4 1/2 metres were fine but the last half a metre was cracked and shabby.
3rd: They forgot to add a large felt squeegee.
4th: This one takes the piss. I made an order 2 weeks ago to have the kit delivered to my German address instead of my normal BFPO address. Paid 14 pounds delivery by TNT (which is very cheap so i was very happy) -it is advertised all over their website about their cracking European delivery system so they say.
I rang last week to see what was going on and they said that they had lost my order and could not track it. Yes i was pissed off but they said that they would send it again that afternoon…. this was 5 days ago and today i rang TNT and they told me that they had not picked up anything from there in over 3 weeks!
Whilst being quite frustrated on the phone last week the guy told me that sending all of this magnetic over to me in the fatherland is actually costing them more than the 15 pounds delivery cost. To be honest i couldnt give a shit if they cant do it then the should not advertise it!!
The worst thing is that i cant get hold of any magnetic out here for less than 22 euros per metre!!!! the average out here is 29 euros and its not just the magnetic but everything!!!
Can anybody recomend anything at all any ideas are welcome. or am i just going to have to order everything to be delivered to my BFPO address and just take the kick in the balls on the 2 to 3 weeks delivery?

Im in T-shirts and Embroidery but here are two suppliers that I found in Germany that supply what you want ( I hope). Not cheap though.

what about try anchor or Bisbell magnet directly and see if they can either sell you direct or point you to one of their European distributors?
