Etch price advice please
Hi All
Just finished a job and interested to know how much you guys would charge for 9.5m of etch 610 hign plus logos to see if im on the right track

dunno what etch you’ve used or your meter rate but…
9.5m + logo’s… 1.5m? say 11m for argument sake, oracle 8510 is about £5pm incl vat. I retail etch at £20pm min,
so, £220 for materials, i don’t generally charge extra for app tape.
2-3hrs to clean glass, prep, apply and clean up? £50-75,
travel charged at hourly rate unless it’s under 30min round trip, so i’d factor that in too.
so, etch only… £270-295 (no vat) plus poss travel expense too.

I price inclusive of labour & subject to design so £35 to £45 per mtr

My initial working out would have been about £33pm inclusive… based on 11m.
i checked the rob horne prices and the materials are cheaper now so i priced accordingly, though going by your prices it makes my lower price of £27pm too cheap.
i’ve been meaning to review prices for a good while now, will watch this with interest.

Just worked it out on Clarity (which hasn’t been updated since I left Scotland 2009 so prices may be wrong)

+ Installation (£50-75), + Design & Weeding of the logos (£50-75)
£260.00 + VAT min
£310.00 + VAT max
Realistically I would be lucky to get £200.00… I don’t loose any sleep over them going else where.

Hi all really appreciate the advice its so hard to put a price to something when its already finished but I had in mind the £350 mark so im there or thereabouts, considering its for a business neighbour I will go in around that figure and not charge him extra for saturday prep and Saturday install 😮 that way he gets a discount of sorts 😀
