    Epson R1800 – Service required

    Our R1800 started simultaneously flashing its Paper and Ink buttons this afternoon. Was working fine up until this. A message has come up on the computer stating a ‘service part needs replacing.’

    Anybody had experience of this situation. Do i need to get a professional in or is there a DIY method of getting it going again?
