    is there not mirror finish engraving laminates available? I’m sure I’ve seen some samples… forget from who though, sorry.
    ide imagine them to come in smaller sheets and cheaper than the likes of a sheet of dibond.

    I have tried to engrave normal Dibond but would say the results were not good if an infill is required as it leaves a lot of tool tramlines. Okish if only cutting a single line cut. Would go down the proper material route myself.

    The core is a bit soft for engraving and doesn’t leave a very good edge which needs going over a few times to clean up

    You want metalgraph plus from Rowmark (Identify are the agents over here) its a two ply acrylic but is the only truly outdoor brushed metals I’m aware of. We use the antique gold and silver ones and both are lovely

    But have they got an exterior brushed metal though? Last time I asked they didnt but am open to correction!

    Depends on when you last asked. I picked up samples at the 2009 Trophex (some 18 months ago…).

    The problem with text on a high shine surface is it can be difficult to read unless in specific uses…………
