    Hi All

I might have to look at getting some help over the next few weeks with a large contract I just won that has to be complete before Christmas 😮 I’ve never had to hire help before so don’t know what is best or even where to start looking.

I guess mainly somebody to help me weed, tape and trim graphics and then when on site help sort and pass me things etc just to help speed things along.

Obviously they need to help and not hinder me so what would you suggest I look for and where?

Will be needing them quiet soon obviously so any help appreciated

    cheers

    Warren

I have a few self employed mates who I often try first, seems to work well for me most of the time, though it’s usually heavier stuff, when I got my landscaping mate in to help weed a shed load of stuff I ended up paying him to go away – literally!

my kids often help with the more fiddly bench stuff, they enjoy it and are cheap! not sure you’re lad is old enough to be wielding scalpels yet though!
