How do I get my Edge to print a sold colour under another instead of it just printing the part showing underneath? The problem is I am printing model stickers (mm) and the red outline is so small round the text it does not come out well (gaps), if it printed this solid block I am sure it would be better.

I know Peter N mentioned a box to tick, before but can’t remember where. I have tried the overlay overprint settings but with no success.

    Cheers

    What software are you using?

You need to overprint the top colour. Or, use a trap on the outline. Hard to say where you do this without knowing what software you have.

Haven’t good my Edge now, when you tell it to over print do you get the hash all over the over print? and just make sure you haven’t got the ignore overprints and bleeds box ticked when you are printing it.
