    looking for wide hot roller laminator to use for laminating wrap prints and general laminate and mounting
    have been offered a second hand mint condition easymount sh 1580
    has anybody experience of this machine
    or is there better etc

    I have one of these and it is a great piece of kit, it replaced a GMP laminater and is so much better.

    I was told for ease of use get the biggest rolers you can the sh 1580 rollers are about 135m/m dia and 85 kg so it tensions up laminate quickly much easier than smaller rolers.

    Only advice if you do runs over 2m a time buy the take up roller from vivid about £150.00 but long runs just a one man job then.

    its got the 130mm rollers
    will check if it has the take up
    price is around the 2k mark which i am told is reasonable !

    hi all lost out on the easymount sh 1580
    anybody know of any good recomendations and or deals on decent wide hot top roller laminators

    We’ve got a 1400SH and it’s a brilliant bit of kit. Much better than the Seal we had originally.
