  • Double sided scaffold banners, views please?

It may have been a well-covered topic, but I need to ask the question.
Got a customer who wants double-sided scaffold banners made. I’ve previously only done single sided, and because I’ve not got a sewing machine the "sleeve" that goes over the pole has been made with double sided tape and an eyelet at each end to stop anything coming off.
Works okay, and everyone is happy.
Never printed on the back of a banner before, does that work with solvent ink?
He’s had them before, and it looks like regular banner printed on the smooth and the weaved back sides.
Am I opening a can of worms before I try it?
    Any comments appreciated.

    We print 2 banners.

The first is the size that is required plus Approx 10 inch extra both ends ( can’t remember the exact measurements) the extra bit forms the sleeve which is stuck down with banner tape.
The second banner is just the size required which is secured with banner tape at one end.
Banner tape down both edges and at the bottom by the bottom sleeve. Trim the edges neat down the sides. A couple of eyes help secure things. Some eyelets don’t like 3 layers though.

Hi, been reading this thread as today i got asked for a double sided banner. The idea im seing is to just print two, banner tape the edge of one, lay the second over and eyelet through both. Guessing this would work just fine? However my standard material is 370g would this be problematic with showing through the other side?

    thanks

Our banner material is 430 GSM I think. Just scale it down and try it
