Is there a way to give a donation to the site??

This site is a great resource to everyone that uses it, I know that memberships bring in some money but it’s only an initial payment and I’d have no problem with donating some cash now and then to keep this site running the correct way ๐Ÿ˜€ Websites like this are not cheap to run and must be costing a small fortune.

I’m sure people have made money from this site when they get info on doing a job that they didn’t know much about and learned to do because of the site so donating a little back from time to time is nothing IMHO

I don’t have a problem with this either Mate.

I’d be interested to hear others views tho. Most people like getting something for nothing afterall.

The site is what it is because it has a great core of contributors. But, I notice there are a few that are always asking but you don’t often seeing them giving. No offence meant here, just making an observation.

Be interested in others thoughts on this tho. I may be ‘out of line’ and if so, I apologise unreservedly – in advance.

    Thanks a million for the offers/thoughts guys… ๐Ÿ˜€
in all honesty though, there is no need for anyone to offer donations. The best way to contribute to this site is to do what you do now, โ€œmake UKSB your daily stopโ€ & reply more to those needing help…
Like Shane says though, many folk come and ask lots, but never use the reply button. Nothing really wrong in that, but it is good to give a little help back now and again, if, and when you can, of course.
The best way anyone can help is to contribute stories, news & best of all… some form of demo. Doesnโ€™t have to be in depth, doesnโ€™t have to even be a demo, just a good tip with a couple of pictures. ill do the rest, regarding loading and news on the home page etc. ๐Ÿ˜€

If there was a poll of what I’d like to see more of, it would be the demos. I would post one myself but I only have one good idea about every 20 years and I used up my quota of inspiration with the recent demo I posted! Perhaps we could post ideas of demos we would like to see and come up with a few ourselves. I’d like to do another one.

I love seeing other peoples work, makes you look at your own work with a critical eye and keeps you on your toes ๐Ÿ˜€

    quote Jayne Marsh:

    I agree Jayne.

It is a measure of the professionalism of the members here , that they don’t mind the critical comments.

I have got some great ideas from other members here, and I try too help when I can.

The demo’s are added value to the site. Even if they don’t interest me, the demonstartors time is always appreciated.
