    Hi
I’m trying to dome vinyl cut logos but on corners and servere bends they seem to flood, I have changed nodes to make corners smoother but the still flood, is there a better or maybe thicker gel out there than the mdp gel I’m using…
Please see link of what I’m trying to make… I’m want to make hundreds of logos like these..
    Thanks

The only advice i can give is the round corners which is mentioned in this video.
if you want to do hundreds, ide advise on auotmated doming which can be bought in from a trade supplier as its doen using a machine.

    see videos below

must admit that looks a bit heavy have you seen one in real life.
high build depends so much on temp and how old the resin is, if its bridging to easily may have to try a different brand.
i normally use acuflow but mockridge labels very good, have used liquid lens but normally very short shelf life so need to buy carefully.

Daniel, are you creating a radius on the corners of all your cut vinyl? even letters?

there are various suppliers of doming kits and fluids, but trial and error will come into play whilst you find your feet.
if you have a small radius on all corners, are you possibly laying down too much fluid?

You need a less viscous (thicker) doming media and you need to apply less , apply to the centre of the decal and let it spread out by itself and after 5-10 mins or so (depending on your gel time), use a pin to draw it to the edge if there is no coverage. The picture you show is not an easy thing to dome , especially for a novice.
