Heres an example of a double domed lettered sign , the photography is not ideal but it should give an idea
We vinyl cut and soft dome a set of letters and then we vinyl cut the same letter with a border or offset and apply one to the other, we then apply the whole lot to a substrate or vehicle etc – looks stunning in real life and gives the lettering/sign an amazing effect. You cant really do huge letters like this as its difficult to dome massive areas. The prices you can get for this type of thing do however make the labour worthwhile.
Another thing we do , but not shown here is dome perspex flat cut letters – also makes them look like a $million and give a really nice 3d effect.
