From the picture, it looks like 1mm aluminium, folded.
These should be an “off-the-shelf” product, which is why you are obviously asking. 😀
I do not know if that particular design is available, but a good start would be places like:

Alternatively, I think the likes of “Righton-Blackburns” would make these as they are a sheet metal supplier and also offer general fabrication and folding services.
I would send them some photos of what you want along with a basic illustration like the one attached and I am sure they will knock them out in no time.
