everyone has there preference and probably negotiated a pricing structure with their supplier so what one gets you may not! You could do yourself a favor and start by asking Europoint (on the home page) for prices since you are a UKSB member.

I find All print Supplies to be very reasonable and good quality.

They do a next day delivery by 1.00pm even if you call them about 5pm in the evening. They also do a free fax order facility.

Most suppliers/manufacturers do “cheap” vinyl ranges but I wouldn’t recommend using the stuff unless you are only doing temporary signage etc. I don’t know if you are familiar with the different types but if not then it would be worth doing some reading up on the background of vinyl on the boards. Sorry if I am sounding condescnding 😉 but when I first ordered vinyl the price was the only thing I looked at but I soon wished I had bought some better stuff !!
You can negotiate good deals with most suppliers and europoint will sort you out with a deal on oracal if you are keen. Or you could use Hexis, Metamark, Grafityp, Cox Plastics, Amari, Andersons etc etc
