they are 10 miles from me, just wondered why you asked if they exist?

Because they have not responded to a number of sales enquiries via email over the last couple of weeks.
and perhaps I am mis dialling the number , but the voice recording tells me the number doesnt exist.

So I wasnt sure if the company folded or not..A Yell search doesnt show them up in Bedford or anywhere for that matter.

Naturally, I may be searching incorrectly.

I deal with Mastergrave fairly regularly and I too have had issues with them regarding long delays in replying to my e-mails. Other than that I have found them to be very friendly and helpful. Called in on spec the other week and they processed my (fairly large) 😀 order in a few minutes.
