Distressed looking signs
Hi I have a client who wants some distressed looking signs
Was thinking along the lines of rusty steel or verdigris copper letters
there are also some large letters required and was thinking of applying some external artex type material to cut out letters and then painting has anyone done anything like this or got any suggestions – is there an external artex?
If using steel I don’t mind it oxidizing to get the rust look but don’t really want rust stains down the building so any suggestions on how to halt the process
any help gratefully received

there is some really good paints out there to create that sorta look. here is one i used some time ago. ive seen a good few but this is the only one that comes to mind…
