Well thought i would give the kitchen a bit of a makeover and didn’t have £5000 for a new kitchen like i wanted.

So changed a few things, but the dishwasher being about 7 years old looked worn.

It was white but now its silver not a easy task to do but turned out ok and great practice for a newbie like me.
Got halfway across the door and the vinyl ripped so had to start it again.
The wife’s friend wants me to do their fridge in pink but it takes such a long time not really worth it would be cheaper to buy a new one.

Only thing is the knob tried to cover it but couldn’t get it to look any good.

    Any comments welcome.

Good idea though, I wrapped some shelves in my aunt’s kitchen, worked a treat.

Lee its only because you need a bit more practice at this sort of thing that it would be cheaper to buy a new one but would she be able to buy one the colour she wanted?

I read somewhere a couple of years ago about a guy that made a pretty good living by colour co-ordinating peoples kitchens by wrapping domestic appliances, covering existing cupboard doors etc etc.

…getting there…don’t get carried away & start wrapping everything you own!

…pull the knob off, spray & clear laquer it…and the suggestion of ‘go faster stripes’ isn’t so bad, maybe a double pinstripe in gunmetal / anthracite would make it look more ‘pro’.
