    Hi all,

Ive been asked to install 12 digital prints onto glossed timber panels outside.

The glossed timber panels have been there for a while and are black,

Each print is approx 3m x 3m (so it will have a few drops)

Has anyone ever done anything like this before ie, would i have to rub down the gloss if it is rough (then wipe down the sanded area to get rid of the dust- what with) will the prints stick???

There are also alot of vents & pipes that i have to work the vinyl in and around, what would be the best method to get good adhesion?

There are 2 doors that are to be covered, how do i make sure the edges stick well.

Ive never done this & still undecided as it could turn out to be a nightmare.I have to give a price in quite soon!

Gloss surfaces are far better than matt, so no don’t rub down.
Just makes sure all surfaces are totally clean and free from grease/wax etc

I would make sure you see this and test the surface before you give a price.
