Hi Brian,
You could try a search on Flickr and find a picture you like then email the owner and ask if you can use the full size image and if they will send it to you. Some will be delighted and glad that you want to use it. It has worked for me on a few occasions, sometimes not though. Worth a try. -

nope but i will do now Brian …theres some good ones on flikr but i suppose im asking for a tall order .The prints to go on a volvo unit and i thought it would b nice if i got a photo of kinda yesteryear farming rather than modern day clydesdale pulling a plough to fit into one of the rear panels its an artic unit so its quite large trouble is its more portrait than landcape so i might be struggling …..ill have a look tho cheers mate

Few portrait ones on there, maybe you could use a photoshop effect to make it look oldy worldy. 😕
