Just wondering if anyone has used Digiprint lately for any parts? I ordered some parts for a machine last month but my order just says pending and I’m not having a lot of joy getting hold of them! Seems unusual as they used to be really on the ball

Ordered some wipers and felts recently from them and they arrived the next day! Unbelievably fast service.

Thanks david, I have always experienced a really good service until now, I ordered a part that said it was in stock at the manufacturer not realising it would take 4-6 weeks to arrive so cancelled that order, placed an order for pinch rollers for my plotter that said they where in stock and for over a month the order is just under processing in my account, if you contact them via the online live chat it redirects to the USA and I’ve tried emailing but had no response

They used to be good, but the last 3 orders I have placed with them, have all had problems. Mainly, the problem has been that the orders sit there saying processing, for days or weeks, even though the website says that the parts are in stock. Not sure what’s going on, but they’ve gone very downhill. :awkward:

I placed an order in April for parts that were "in stock with the manufacturer", I was fobbed off for about six weeks then
finally they issued a store credit a fortnight ago with no explanation and are now ignoring my requests for a refund. I’ll steer clear in future

This is exactly what happened to me! Urgently needed a part so paid £280 to them and was fobbed off after a week of my machine being out of action and then told it could take 6 weeks, after complaining they reluctantly cancelled the order and issued a store credit! I used some of the store credit to order parts to give my plotter an overhaul rather than just lose my money, 4 weeks later and still no parts! Very disappointed

this is sad news as i like them always been top service in the past last order around march no problems, i also noticed the guys in the states moaning as well, so whats going on.
but they did leave me a bit pissed off a month ago, i was after a particular dx4 capping and got next to no help as the web site comparison part was not as required.

I’ve also got an issue with them as they’ve not delivered. Paid via PayPal so trying to get my money back as they gave me store credit. Wo t be buying from them again and something has happened the last few times I’ve ordered and this time around I thought nope but against my gut I did

I’ve finally had a garbled email response to say the pen line rubber for my plotter is due in next week and they could swap the pinch rollers for the exact ones I ordered! let’s see if anything actually turns up in the next 2 weeks!

They used to be really good and helpful. The most recent experiences over the past year or so have been really bad – almost wiping us out. We bought a few DX4 print heads and their own brand ink and immediately we swapped inks from original there was a head issue. Caused no end of grief with their Italian ‘technical’ department blaming us for flushing it incorrectly (we’ve 13 years experience of doing all of this and servicing/changing heads on Rolands) and really being quite blunt and rude. Customer service did apologise for how they were and were told to ignore them

They blamed a manufacturing fault with the print head in the end absolutely refuting the blame of their ink. Promised to send another head out and new ink (just in case). Neither arrived. Chased. Nothing but promises. 3 months this went on with no printer.

Left a really bad Google review and immediately got a response from their MD saying that if I removed/changed the review they’d send the items out straight away and give some compensation (store credit). Always store credit when they cock it up.

Pretty much every occasion of ordering in the past year or so there’s been an issue. Given up with them now

Shame as they used to be really on the ball. Now it just seems like once they’ve got your money they’re not interested.

Ordered some items at beginning of April, was told wipers would be about a 10 day wait, after a very blunt email last week we receive non OEM goods and you’ve guessed – a credit!

Used Digiprint in the past & had no real problems to be fair but I much prefer to do business with a UK based company if it’s possible. I’ve used Josero for the last couple of orders & found them really helpful & knowledgeable. Might be a little dearer than our friends in Belgium but worth the extra by the sounds of it.

Just having a problem with them too, waiting Two weeks for something as simple as Printer cleaner which they said was out of stock, Now find they have shipped out part of the order for some wipers and given credit for the liquid. I have sent an Email saying I want my card credited or I will take it up with my card company. Waiting for a reply.
They think they can just say "We can’t help you, but we are keeping your money".

And they will – credit card company cannot help, as DIGIPRINT have T&C’s that the credit card company is bound by – been there, done that.

I gave up on my order of a Summa cutting strip and as I’d ordered through Paypal I raised a dispute and got a refund within 3 days.
I ordered the same part off Wissen UK Ltd and got it next day!!

Does anyone know what is happening – are they going under? It seems odd, as they used to be very good.

I’ve used them 4 years ago. 3 orders. All delivered the next day.
Surprised to read this about them.

Never used them but from reading other posts they seem really cheap compared to others.
My guess is either they have become busy fools, been bought over and the owner is trying to make changes or the one I would put money on is they are in trouble as the cheap prices are not covering costs and therefore some accounts are on stop hence the weeks and weeks for parts to come in that are ment to be in stock.

Always a shame when a company goes from hero to zero. Hope everyone gets there stuff and things improve.

I think its down to they’re having trouble getting the stock to resale.

I notice HP parts are bought from USA, not from HP Europe (Which is based in Spain) – this would also explain why they don’t want returns, as they would be unable themselves to return items, and the long lead times.

Manufactures tend to have distribution partners, and don’t like 3rd part sellers at times…..

The part about refunding your money if they can’t supply interests me! They fobbed many of us off with a credit note

    Hi All

Some of the Arizona parts we have bought are no longer listed on their website which is a shame.

Toshiba CA4W prints heads previously around £850 – £900 each as opposed to OCE/Canon originals at £2600 each !

If anyone knows a source of these Toshiba print heads that would be most appreciated :smiles:

    Cheers
    Dave

I have been told to wait till the beginning of August as they have a new supplier for eco sol Max 2 inks which they are testing and that’s the reason for the 2 month delay so far…….[emoji1787].

I hope they don’t fold as we are waiting for our order to turn up. That would be unlucky hehe.
