    my pc fried on me

    when installing on a new pc i have installed the sign pal program but when i put my dongle in it says i need the aksub.sys file

    did my dongle come with its own installation disc or is that supposed to install itself when i put sign pal on?

    What kind of dongle is it? grey parallel, white (hasp) parallel or usb?

    yes the old and new are xp

    Have you edited that from Signlab to SignPal ,mate? could have sworn it said Signlab 😕

    Have you tried hasp.com to get the latest driver (if it’s a hasp dongle) did you plug the dongle in before installing the program?

    yes sorry i had a smack my head moment when i realised i had put lab instead of pal ….doh

    i tried googling the missing file but didnt get much luck

    i have also tried reinstalling the signpal software but to no avail

    i have found the drivers

    as suggested on the hasp website

    everything is working now
