when installing on a new pc i have installed the sign pal program but when i put my dongle in it says i need the aksub.sys file

Have you edited that from Signlab to SignPal ,mate? could have sworn it said Signlab 😕
Have you tried hasp.com to get the latest driver (if it’s a hasp dongle) did you plug the dongle in before installing the program?
