I get mine from Amari, who have depots all over the place. They will cut to size at no extra charge.

As for the join, I try to avoid going over it but when that is not possible just go over it and make sure the panels are accurately aligned when fitting.

If i have to go over it could i apply letters then cut down the join or leave the one letter off and fit after the board is up.

I would cut the letter. Even dibond will expand and contract slightly over time which will leave an uncut letter looking a bit manky. You could try it I suppose. Worst thing that could happen is that you have to go along and slice down the join later if it starts crinkling at all.

just done one that way cos i didnt trust the fittings, then cut down the join.
if i trust the fitting then all fitted in the workshop.

If you use a piece of alloy etc behind the join and screw it together or glue etc I don’t see the problem in going over the join with a letter. But you might be able to jig your layout a bit so you have nothing going over the join.

That’s one I jigged to make sure nothing went over the join.
