ask them for a quote, it may be more cost effective than making your own

Is it not the black tray cut to butt up to the red tray?

    nope,
red is over black lorraine, far easier to do, fit, and align

    and to explain.
if the red is over the black only two pieces need to be made and both simple rectangles.
if the black pan butst up to the red then 3 pieces need to be made and with more complex cuts.

Ah, I’ve got it now Peter, so the red square is formed to make a 2-legged table, and slots over the top of the black tray?

(This is woman-speak now, rather than man-speak, of course! Geoff would have got it straight away..)

the pieces to be cut out of the red square id cut the depth right thru then just score the length so it can be folded in and fied together thru the back……… i know what im talking about anyways!!!!!!, craig

I would do what Peter suggested and just phone Ashby.

But, if I had to do it I would fold back the cut away sections from the red diamond and self tapper or rivet from the back of the black pan to attach the red diamond through the folded flaps.
