    Hi Folks,

I’m after a keyhole style hanging plate to bond onto dibond panel (customer pic’s printed onto front), really stuggling to locate anything that doesn’t require screwing to the panel 🙁

    Anybody have a solution?

I the ideal world I’m after a white, keyhole slotted hanger for use on A2 dibond panels…

You need to be careful when bonding ACM most adhesives generate heat and will damage the face of the ACM, Could you not make them as sign trays so the fixings are not on the face? just an idea

That was my first idea – But customer is already selling them with this odd keyhole block stuck to the reverse, never seen this type of hanger before! approx 100mm square white plastic, think its been tape bonded to the ACM.

Will try searching again tonight 👿

    Hi
SMP used to sell these keyhole hanging blocks, they sold out to Ashby’s so may be worth trying them to see if they still do them

Have a look at http://www.skylineplasticworks.com/accessories.html they do a clear plastic keyhole hanger no sure if I would bond it with double sided tape. there does’nt seem to be much surface area to bond.
