    It should be:

    quote :

    It’s, "Have you ever …"

    ie. Comma before the quotation if it’s attributed to somebody else and just three periods for the ellipsis as these signify a pause or that the sentence continues.

    😉

    ps. My apologies for not using the real quotation marks (66/99) as I didn’t want to look up the character map to find them.
