• Danish not bacon

    trying to redo some stickers in danish for a machine manufacturer i am geting in a mess over the ansi set and asc11 sets cant get what i want.

    æ å Å and O with a / through the O see i can get them here tried lots of fonts and there specials but all keeps changing and not what i want – i am aware that there are lots of codes but cant settle on one.

    i have been gooooooogling like mad now iam going mad

    HELP please

    not sure if this is of any help…. open Character Map in windows.

    If using XP it can be found in windows/system32/charmap.exe

    Have a look at a font called astute ssi

    If thats no help- it’s easier to veiw the fonts faster his way.

    Chris,
    Can you not just type an O and a / and then overlap them and weld or do a very thin outline and save it?
    I am good at “building” things I can’t find.
    The charmap thing is a great tool too.

    Done some in Swedish using Corel 11. You type in the word up to the symbol you need then then using Text – Insert character, you choose the font you are using and find the correct letter in the drop down.

    As stated used this so far for Swedish, German and Welsh.

    thanks all Dan put me on the right track about to see if sharons is easyer as quite a bit to do. but aleast i have done one of them
