Hello,
I am using Corel X4 and have a graphtec CE5000-60
when i launch the cut plot application, the show me button no longer works.
when i press the show me button, the Vinyl whizzes through the plotter and the plotter says its off scale.it cuts ok , i rang graphtec and they said not to bother with the show me button and just go ahead and cut,
was wondering if anybody knows whats wrong, it seems everyday theres something else that wont work

I’ve no experience with Corel but is there a facility to indicate the overall size of the media you are cutting before it’s sent to plot?
It maybe that the plotter thinks the roll of vinyl is not big enough for the job you’re cutting.

I use X3 with a Graphtec but use cutting master.
Whats the Show Me button?

when you launch the cut plot application in corel x4 there in the dialogue box there is a button /icon that you can click and it will move the blade over the vinyl to show you where the cutting area is ,
it used to work, but now when i click it the vinyl juts wizzes through the plotter and off scale is on the plotter control panel .
just wondered why its gone wrong,
i have the correct plugin for X4 from the graphtec america website.
