    Hi guys

I need to just cut with my new roland printer, normally I would use my cutter but the extra width I have with the printer will help me so I’ve decided to use this instead.

Is there not a plugin that I can use rather than use versa works?

I’m wanting to cut Hexis HX20000 material.

I have my design, I’ve setup a contour cut line, i’ve got the ants in versa works but I don’t know what pressure/force to do, what the offset should be, speed and I assume i’d only do 1 pass.

Also I can’t see a way on how to setup up conditions like I would on the cutting master 3 software for my graphtec?

Ideally I would like to save the cut settings for different materials so all I would need to do it sleet that setting and it will work depending on what condition the blade is in at the time.

    Hi Daniel,

I have a different roland machine but the settings I use everyday are:

    Cut pass : 1
    Speed : 30
    Pressure : 130 – 150
    Offset 0.250

As your machines a different model I’d do a few test cuts at a much lower pressure until you find the right setting.

    Hi James

    Thank you very much.

    I’ll give that a go.

    Thanks
