I have just received delivery of a brand new cutting strip to smarten my plotter up a bit (mmm and because the old one was very injured 😆 )

My problem i tried to get the old one off, but … it wasn’t budging it definately made it’s self at home even with my pliers pulling at it i couldn’t get it to move.

Can anyone advise of a solvent i could use to remove it without causing any damage to the rest of the plotter?

My Roland one is a self adhesive type that is stuck in a trough and I just persuade it out with a small electricians screwdriver and the give it a wipe with some glue remover, by the sound of things maybe they superglued yours in. 😡

It’s in a trough, and the new one has a self adhesive strip to it .

I think you might be right about the super glue bit
