    You may probably already know this one but it surprised me. I had a job recently where the customer wanted a di-bond sign with radius corners, after chewing it over in my mind I tried using scissors on an old bit and it worked! I put masking (or app) tape over the corner, drew round a paint tin and carefully cut it with scissors, done a near perfect job.

    and as its only half the price get a 10mm cutter too as this only comes with 6mm

    I agree corner punches will do a better job and quicker too, but scissors will get you by if nec. It just surprised me just how easy it was to cut.
