I need about 45x 10mm x 10m vinyk strips, similar to what you get on cars.
Can I cut a 610 roll of vinyl down to make these 10m strip rolls. If so what blade do I use on a bandsaw?
    😉

No hope you can do it with a saw the edges will be ragged no matter how clean it looks – these need a proper roll to roll vinyl slitter.

I have however known of someone to cut down Gerber edge film to fit into Roland carts with a home made contraption.

Think a load of blades set into a holder with the tips JUST sticking out and the vinyl cranked past it under tension to maintain even strips.

Got my last batch from Hexis, did an 11m stripe down the length of a boat. They had 25m rolls on the shelf in various lengths pre cut.
