I’m having trouble at the moment with printable flock from Victory

Printing is not a problem and great results but the cutting is a major problem, at full 300 cutting on versaworks it’s still not cutting all the way through making weeding a nightmare with certain logos, i’ve even set it to 3 cut passes to make it a little more bearable

Anyone else have this problem or know of a solution?

Haven’t tried the printable one, but on normal flock, a 60° blade
is recommended, so it could be this.

I thought it was just 60 blades that came with the versacamm, just checked the blade i got though and it doesn’t feel very sharp 🙁 it’s a job that needs done before the end of the day too so i’m kinda fecked… does anyone have a spare blade in the Glasgow area?

Standard blades are usually 45°, I would think it’s unlikely that a Versacamm
would ship with a 60° one. I know it’s no help to you just now, but I’ve got
some 60° blades from my old Roland machine. If you PM me your address, I’ll post them up to you.

    Cheers,
    Jamie.

Strange question but I can’t see anything online….. does the versacamm have 2 different depth in blades? The blade that I’m using is a versacamm blade but it seems like a 60 rather than a 45 😮
