    Cut out waiters

    Hi All
    A customer of mine is after a cut out waiter for their restaurant.
    Anyone on the uk boards make these? I’ve seen a couple in the trade mags but none that suit.
    Any ideas would be appreciated.

    Hey Johnny,

    I saw this post sitting alone and unloved…So I’ll give you a reply. Have you thought about cutting one from vinyl, applying it to a substrate and cutting it from that?

    good idea leeroy
    this could be easily done from a thick MDF, or 1inch thick foamex.

    just apply the graphic in vinyl with a 2mm outline. jigsaw round it then peel away the 2mm outline..
    make a base and bobs your uncle… 😉

    To be honest, No i had’nt thought of cutting it in vinyl. 😳
    If i can find a graphic of a waiter I’ll be have way there!
