TNT – Yup – they’re pretty crap in my experience. Just about everything I’ve ever had delivered by these clowns has been damaged. I’ve written to them in the past and had conversations and letters from their managers which has failed to satisfy me and make any difference to my experience of the service they provide. I’ve written about them and complained about them on the UKsign boards in the past.

I’m surprised they’re still in business if my experience of them is at all typical of their service nationwide.

Don’t bother complaining either because it’s a complete waste of time and effort. Vote with your feet and use a different delivery company instead

Couriers give me a pain too, when I get anything that is damageable I sign ‘damaged’ if the driver complains I say ‘wait there and I’ll unpack it’ some wait most except damaged on the ticket, if the goods are ok it ends there if not at least I’m covered.

The last time I went to do that Alan – the driver took the hump and drove off with my goods. 🙄

TNT are cheap in comparison to other courriers or thats our experience. We have £7.45 nationwide under 20kgs where as sending items with City Link is normally £12.10 minimum. Unsure what everybody else pays, we’ll only use TNT on items we know can be shipped safely.

I’d rather pay more to get the stuff in one piece.

Pay peanuts you get monkeys 😕
